HIMSS18: Wrap-up and Charity Raffle Winners

Our team was excited to return to Las Vegas this year for HIMSS18. We’ve attended every year since our founding in 2007 and always make a point of being a part of the HIMSS community. We enjoy reconnecting with old friends and industry colleagues, learning about emerging healthcare information technology, and being a part of healthcare innovation.

Quality and Usability

Our focus this year was on continuing to help individuals across the healthcare continuum improve the quality and usability of the information in their systems. Our software solutions address enterprise content management challenges, with solutions like data normalization, reference data management, data governance, text analytics, clinical decision support and more. Our CEO, Charlie Harp, took part in an interview with CommonWell TV about interoperability and the focus on data quality. He touched on some other pertinent topics in the interview conducted on our first day at HIMSS. We were also eager to share information about our newest offering, Symedical on FHIR.

It has been great to attend HIMSS for so many years, and have the opportunity to talk to industry leaders and experts about the evolution of our products. HIMSS also provides us the chance to engage with our partners who we help improve a wide variety of metrics ranging from care delivery and cost, operational expenses, and their overall financial bottom line.

Our Charity Raffle

As we have done for the past several years, we held a daily raffle for a chance to pick a charity to which we then in turn make a $500 donation – quite the perk simply for saying hello.

This year’s winners are:

Our focus on quality is paramount and our commitment to meaningful healthcare data will continue to be our focus as we look towards HIMSS19.  If we didn’t get a chance to say hello this year, send us a message and let’s catch-up.
