Charlie Harp
Charlie Harp is the founder and CEO of Clinical Architecture, an industry leading healthcare data quality solutions provider. Charlie has over 25 years of experience as a healthcare software engineer and systems architect focused on creating tools to better utilize and understand data. Through this experience he saw a need within the healthcare industry for reliable, accurate and interoperable patient data to support clinical decision-making, research and operational initiatives. Charlie led his team at Clinical Architecture to design and develop the first deterministic, configurable and algorithm-based engine for automating semantic interoperability to answer this need.
Charlie frequently presents on healthcare data quality topics and serves as the host of the Informonster podcast which provides insight and expertise on a variety of healthcare information technology topics.



Senior Technical Advisor
Joe Mize
Joe Mize’s background includes developing and designing software solutions across a number of industry verticals such as healthcare claims process, image processing and finance, and integrated healthcare content. While working for First DataBank, Joe developed the Drug information Framework, an API delivering integrated drug information and clinical decision support. Later, as Director of Engineering at Zynx Health, Joe developed the reference web site and order set authoring portal, as well as the internal content management applications.

Michael Wallack
Michael Wallack, who graduated from Northwestern University and earned his J.D. (cum laude) at Indiana University Bloomington, has practiced in the area of commercial real estate, commercial lending, and software licensing. Michael has served as lead counsel for several major office building projects. He has also been involved with retail development, dispositions, and financing. Michael has been lead counsel for commercial litigation matters, including general business disputes, landlord-tenant matters, shareholder actions, mechanic’s lien litigation, environmental litigation, and collections. Michael also has experience in the areas of trademarks, estate planning, and rights of publicity. Michael began his legal career at Klineman Rose Wolf & Wallack before co-founding Wallack & Wallack and, in 1999, Wallack Somers & Haas. Michael served as President of the Indianapolis Jewish Community Relations Council from June 2008 through June 2010 and was on that organization’s Executive Committee through 2015. Mr. Wallack is presently a member of the Carmel Mayor’s Advisory Commission on Human Relations. He previously served as a member of the Board of the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis, as the Chair of Indiana Equality, and as a member of the Indiana Race Relations Leadership Network.

Shaun Shakib, MPH, PhD, FAMIA
Shaun Shakib received his masters degree in Public Health (MPH) and doctorate in Biomedical Informatics (PhD) at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He has more than two decades of experience and formal training in laboratory science M(ASCP)CM, public health, and biomedical informatics. His areas of interest and technical expertise include knowledge engineering, clinical terminology, vocabulary server design and implementation, and health information exchange. Shaun is an active member of several national/international medical informatics and standards organizations, including Health Level 7 (HL7), Clinical Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes (LOINC), American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA), and Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).

Marck DuBois
With more than two decades of experience in healthcare IT, Marck DuBois developed expertise in content, terminology, and software solutions. In positions of increasing responsibility at Wolters Kluwer Health, Hearst Business Media, First Databank, Diagnotion, Dun and Bradstreet, and the United States Marine Corps, Marck gained extensive experience in sales, strategic partnerships, operational planning and key client relationships, particularly in the healthcare industry.

Ron Ross
Ron Ross has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. This experience includes a proven ability to implement technology based solutions to solve business problems and the ability to implement innovative solutions to meet customer’s needs. He has worked in several industries including consulting, insurance and health care. While working at First Databank, Ron managed the engineering team responsible for clinical decision support applications, web portal applications, application programming interfaces, custom solutions and business applications. Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Andrew Frangleton
Andrew Frangleton specializes in understanding how medicines and patient information can be stored and manipulated to help improve healthcare outcomes for patients, and how interoperability can be implemented to share access to data. As Director of Healthcare Informatics for UBM Medica, Andrew provided leadership, informatics knowledge, and product development expertise to teams delivering key products to international business clients including Vidal and MIMS drug information systems. Prior to that, Andrew worked at First DataBank Europe for 10 years, ultimately serving as Product Development Director. Andrew is a member of the IHTSDO Implementation and Innovation committee.

Anitra Green
Anitra Green has been working in healthcare IT since 1999, and has extensive experience in building software quality practices and testing processes, designing product testing strategies, including manual and automated functional test, with a focus of continuous quality improvement. Anitra has broad management experience, and is devoted to building a strong team atmosphere and developing staff to their fullest potential. Anitra joined First Databank as a quality assurance tester, progressing to the senior level, where she continued to strive in test strategy creation, leadership, best practices and process improvement. Anitra is an ISTQB Certified Tester.

Carol Macumber, MS, PMP, FAMIA
Carol Macumber is an Executive Vice President leading Client Services at Clinical Architecture. Carol is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Master’s degree in biomedical engineering. Carol has over twenty years of experience leading IT and consulting projects for organizations including Canada Health Infoway, eHealth Ontario, The National Committee for Quality Assurance, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and many other federal and commercial clients. She was previously the Vice President of Technology and Operations at Apelon, Inc., a leading terminology asset management services company. Carol gained experience and knowledge of large system implementations via her role as a Senior Business Consultant at MetLife, where she led enterprise-level technology enhancement engagements for Actuarial, Claims and Billing domains within MetLife’s long-term care product line.
Carol was an elected member of the International Health Terminology Standards Development Organization (IHTSDO) Technical Committee, is Chair-Elect of the HL7 Board of Directors, co-chair of the HL7 Terminology Services Management Group and the HL7 Terminology Infrastructure Work Group, a Fellow of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) and serves on the advisory committee for OpenHIE’s terminology services.



Executive Assistant to CEO
Jess Barrett
Jess Barrett is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Clinical Architecture. She brings to this role a strong background in project management, supporting strategic initiatives, and streamlining business operations. Jess holds a bachelor’s degree from IUPUI and is currently pursuing her MBA at the IU Kelley School of Business (expected August 2026). In her role, she plays a key part in facilitating executive operations, improving internal processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Her experience in managing complex projects and aligning strategic goals with daily operations helps support Charlie and the leadership team contribute to overall organizational efficiency. She is passionate about driving efficiency and supporting Clinical Architecture’s mission to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

Stephanie Broderick
Stephanie has over 25 years of product management and software development experience, with 20 of those years spent creating healthcare IT solutions for First Databank (FDB) and Medi-Span. Prior to transitioning to Product Management in 2011, Stephanie was a Senior IT Leader with 23 years of experience leading product development and large systems development initiatives across business functions in healthcare, manufacturing, and IT services. Prior to working at FDB, Stephanie was a consultant and project manager for Charles H. Mack and Associates. There, she worked with Medi-Span, Inc. on a multi-million dollar ERP project. She has also held roles in application development and project management for Power Wheels, Kransco Group Companies, and Apple Computers.

Jeff Peterson
Jeff Peterson is the Senior Vice President of Finance, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a company at the forefront of healthcare technology innovation. With 25 years of experience in healthcare, including a decade specializing in healthcare IT, Jeff brings a unique blend of financial acumen and industry expertise that drives the company’s mission to enhance healthcare data quality and interoperability.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and an MBA from the University of Oregon, providing him with a strong foundation to lead complex financial operations. His strategic leadership has been instrumental in guiding Clinical Architecture’s growth, ensuring its success in an evolving and highly competitive marketplace.

John Wilkinson
John Wilkinson has broad sales and marketing experience covering many segments of healthcare including infection control, wound care, DME, and Oxygen and IV therapy. In 1994, John joined clinical content vendor Medi-Span where he came to appreciate the importance and complexity of healthcare IT. His subsequent experience at healthcare IT companies including First DataBank, Thomson Reuters Healthcare and Zynx Health includes successful business development initiatives and team management.

Brooke Buehler, SHRM-SCP
Brooke Buehler is a strategic and innovative People Operations leader with over a decade of experience in high-growth organizations. During her career, she has built strong partnerships with leaders to improve engagement, performance, and profitability through robust operational and talent initiatives in a multitude of industries including healthcare, finance, and advertising. Together with business leaders, Brooke develops and drives forward the people strategy at Clinical Architecture.
Brooke earned her B.S. in Marketing and International Business from The Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She is a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Development Dimensions International Certified Facilitator, and a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner.

Victor Lee, MD
Victor Lee, MD has worked in the field of evidence-based clinical decision support for 15 years at Zynx Health prior to joining Clinical Architecture in 2017. Victor’s focus has been in interoperability and health IT product innovation. He has had several publications in healthcare journals including the Annals of Internal Medicine. Victor Lee attended the University of California at Berkeley where he received BA degrees in biochemistry and psychology. He earned his MD degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA and completed his internal medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles, CA where he also practiced as a board-certified hospitalist and a teaching attending physician.

Jaime Lira
Jaime Lira is the Vice President of Marketing at Clinical Architecture and has over 25 years of management and marketing expertise in highly regulated industries including financial and legal services. She has a depth of experience in developing revenue-generating marketing strategies, website content creation, digital marketing including SEO/SEM, social media engagement, communications and public relations.
Jaime earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and her Master of Business Administration degree with a marketing major from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She is an active community volunteer and serves as a reader for WFYI’s Indiana Reading and Information Service which provides audio recordings for blind and visually-impaired people. In her free time Jaime and her fiancé like to travel, golf and walk their two dogs.

Francene Lord
Francene Lord brings a wealth of experience in business development, client management, and government solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Government Solutions at Clinical Architecture, Francene drives strategic initiatives that leverage her extensive background in fostering growth and innovation. Prior to Clinical Architecture, Francene held pivotal positions including Vice President of Client Management at The Photonics Group, where she honed her skills in cultivating strong client relationships over a 26-year tenure. Francene also enhanced client experiences as Director of Sales and Business Development at MCC Label and as a Business Development Executive at Alcoa Closure Systems International Inc.
Francene’s educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering as well as a Graduate Certification in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving impactful business outcomes.

Laura Nixon, MBA
As Vice President of Interoperability Solutions at Clinical Architecture, Laura Nixon leads strategic initiatives to improve healthcare data quality, interoperability, and value-based insights. With deep expertise in HIEs, CIEs, and interoperability frameworks, she has successfully led large-scale implementations, including data integration, consent management, and scalable interoperability strategies.
Before joining Clinical Architecture, Laura played a pivotal role in shaping complex interoperability initiatives, working across health systems, health information exchange, community information exchanges, and technology vendors to drive impactful, standards-based solutions. At Clinical Architecture, she focuses on advancing HIE, CIE, and interoperability-driven initiatives that support value-based care and drive meaningful improvements in healthcare data quality and exchange.
Laura holds an MBA from Purdue Global and is a Six Sigma Black Belt, bringing a structured, data-driven approach to business development, regulatory compliance, and healthcare data strategy. A recognized thought leader, she actively contributes to industry discussions on interoperability, data usability, and healthcare transformation.



Director, IT and Security
Mark Hernandez
Mark Hernandez is a seasoned Information Technology professional with 20 years of experience, specializing in Cyber Security within the Healthcare sector for a decade. He holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security and Information Assurance and is certified in ISACA CISA, CISM, CDPSE, as well as CompTIA PenTest+ and CySA+. Mark has successfully implemented robust security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HITRUST across various organizations. He is also knowledgeable in HIPAA, and FedRAMP, enhancing the protection of sensitive data.



Director, Implementation Architecture
Rob King
Rob has over 25 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting software; the majority of this time spent in healthcare IT. He began his career at the Indiana University School of Medicine, where he designed and developed research software applications in conjunction with the VA hospital and Regenstreif Institute. While at First DataBank he worked in the capacities of product design, interoperability, and implementation engineering support for the FDB Asia-Pacific client base. In his current role as Director of Implementation Architecture, he is responsible for both client-facing and internal support teams at Clinical Architecture.

Fernando Magaña
Fernando Magaña has worked in the healthcare industry since 2011 supporting caregivers and providers with the use of their electronic health record systems. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from University of California Santa Barbara, he earned his Healthcare Information Technology certification from California State University in Fullerton. During his tenure at Providence, Fernando held a variety of clinical informatics leadership roles where he managed enterprise-wide projects and collaborated with key stakeholders to improve the adoption, quality, and experience of their electronic medical record documentation for hospitals across the country.

Dave Myers
David Myers is an experienced software architect and developer with 28+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting innovative software solutions. For the past 24 years, he has specialized in healthcare applications, contributing significantly to the advancement of technology in the healthcare sector. Over the last 13 years, Dave has focused on the development of Clinical Architecture’s Symedical application, where his expertise in both software engineering, API development and healthcare systems has played a crucial role in enhancing the platform’s functionality and usability. Before joining Clinical Architecture, Dave worked at First Databank, where he played a key role in the development and maintenance of the Drug Information Framework—an API delivering integrated drug information and clinical decision support.

Scott Teeple
Scott Teeple brings 25+ years of IT leadership to Clinical Architecture, specializing in enterprise solutions, process improvement and professional services. His experience includes leading large-scale IT implementations and driving process improvements, notably at Ascension where he led the internal creation of an Automation COE and was a founding member that commercialized that COE, growing it to over $10M in revenues. Scott excels in aligning IT strategies with business goals. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Ball State University and is passionate about mentoring and exploring emerging technologies.

Sarah Brumley, MHA
Sarah Brumley has over a decade of healthcare IT sales, account management and data analytics experience. She received her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and began her career at the Indiana Health Information Exchange (IHIE) in business development – bringing disparate data sources together to contribute to the statewide repository. Most recently, Sarah was a Program Director at Healogics, the nation’s leading provider of advanced wound care, focusing on the strategic growth, revenue and cost management and community education for a local Wound Center.

Bonnie Bruner, MSN, RN-BC
Bonnie Bruner has 10 years of healthcare experience, beginning her career as a Registered Nurse and most recently leading population health efforts at Ascension Health. Bonnie has extensive experience integrating disparate data systems, normalizing data syntactically and semantically, and solving for problems like master data management and consolidated quality measure reporting. She lives in Nashville, Tennessee where she is an active member of the Tennessee Chapter of HIMSS and serves on the TN HIMSS Ambassador board.

Tracy Johnson has a diverse background with 10 years of client success experience, specializing in electronic medical record platform training and migration. Her career includes training new ambulatory employees on legacy EMRs, co-leading training for the implementation of Epic Ambulatory, and serving as a Senior Client Success Manager for a SaaS company working with public libraries, focusing on onboarding, technical support, relationship building, and renewal services.

Wayne King
Wayne King has over 20 years of healthcare experience in revenue cycle management, referral management and healthcare data quality. Most recently, Wayne was the Director of Product Management for a data quality curation platform. Most recently, Will served in a leadership capacity at CommonSpirit Health, where he specialized in clinical data governance and analytics. Prior to that, Andrew worked at First DataBank Europe for 10 years, ultimately serving as Product Development Director. Andrew is a member of the IHTSDO Implementation and Innovation committee.
Anitra Green
Anitra Green has been working in healthcare IT since 1999, and has extensive experience in building software quality practices and testing processes, designing product testing strategies, including manual and automated functional test, with a focus of continuous quality improvement. Anitra has broad management experience, and is devoted to building a strong team atmosphere and developing staff to their fullest potential. Anitra joined First Databank as a quality assurance tester, progressing to the senior level, where she continued to strive in test strategy creation, leadership, best practices and process improvement. Anitra is an ISTQB Certified Tester.
Carol Macumber, MS, PMP, FAMIA
Carol Macumber is an Executive Vice President leading Client Services at Clinical Architecture. Carol is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Master’s degree in biomedical engineering. Carol has over twenty years of experience leading IT and consulting projects for organizations including Canada Health Infoway, eHealth Ontario, The National Committee for Quality Assurance, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and many other federal and commercial clients. She was previously the Vice President of Technology and Operations at Apelon, Inc., a leading terminology asset management services company. Carol gained experience and knowledge of large system implementations via her role as a Senior Business Consultant at MetLife, where she led enterprise-level technology enhancement engagements for Actuarial, Claims and Billing domains within MetLife’s long-term care product line.
Carol was an elected member of the International Health Terminology Standards Development Organization (IHTSDO) Technical Committee, is Chair-Elect of the HL7 Board of Directors, co-chair of the HL7 Terminology Services Management Group and the HL7 Terminology Infrastructure Work Group, a Fellow of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) and serves on the advisory committee for OpenHIE’s terminology services.
Jess Barrett
Jess Barrett is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Clinical Architecture. She brings to this role a strong background in project management, supporting strategic initiatives, and streamlining business operations. Jess holds a bachelor’s degree from IUPUI and is currently pursuing her MBA at the IU Kelley School of Business (expected August 2026). In her role, she plays a key part in facilitating executive operations, improving internal processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Her experience in managing complex projects and aligning strategic goals with daily operations helps support Charlie and the leadership team contribute to overall organizational efficiency. She is passionate about driving efficiency and supporting Clinical Architecture’s mission to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.
Stephanie Broderick
Stephanie has over 25 years of product management and software development experience, with 20 of those years spent creating healthcare IT solutions for First Databank (FDB) and Medi-Span. Prior to transitioning to Product Management in 2011, Stephanie was a Senior IT Leader with 23 years of experience leading product development and large systems development initiatives across business functions in healthcare, manufacturing, and IT services. Prior to working at FDB, Stephanie was a consultant and project manager for Charles H. Mack and Associates. There, she worked with Medi-Span, Inc. on a multi-million dollar ERP project. She has also held roles in application development and project management for Power Wheels, Kransco Group Companies, and Apple Computers.
Jeff Peterson
Jeff Peterson is the Senior Vice President of Finance, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a company at the forefront of healthcare technology innovation. With 25 years of experience in healthcare, including a decade specializing in healthcare IT, Jeff brings a unique blend of financial acumen and industry expertise that drives the company’s mission to enhance healthcare data quality and interoperability.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and an MBA from the University of Oregon, providing him with a strong foundation to lead complex financial operations. His strategic leadership has been instrumental in guiding Clinical Architecture’s growth, ensuring its success in an evolving and highly competitive marketplace.
John Wilkinson
John Wilkinson has broad sales and marketing experience covering many segments of healthcare including infection control, wound care, DME, and Oxygen and IV therapy. In 1994, John joined clinical content vendor Medi-Span where he came to appreciate the importance and complexity of healthcare IT. His subsequent experience at healthcare IT companies including First DataBank, Thomson Reuters Healthcare and Zynx Health includes successful business development initiatives and team management.
Brooke Buehler, SHRM-SCP
Brooke Buehler is a strategic and innovative People Operations leader with over a decade of experience in high-growth organizations. During her career, she has built strong partnerships with leaders to improve engagement, performance, and profitability through robust operational and talent initiatives in a multitude of industries including healthcare, finance, and advertising. Together with business leaders, Brooke develops and drives forward the people strategy at Clinical Architecture.
Brooke earned her B.S. in Marketing and International Business from The Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She is a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Development Dimensions International Certified Facilitator, and a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner.
Victor Lee, MD
Victor Lee, MD has worked in the field of evidence-based clinical decision support for 15 years at Zynx Health prior to joining Clinical Architecture in 2017. Victor’s focus has been in interoperability and health IT product innovation. He has had several publications in healthcare journals including the Annals of Internal Medicine. Victor Lee attended the University of California at Berkeley where he received BA degrees in biochemistry and psychology. He earned his MD degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA and completed his internal medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles, CA where he also practiced as a board-certified hospitalist and a teaching attending physician.
Jaime Lira
Jaime Lira is the Vice President of Marketing at Clinical Architecture and has over 25 years of management and marketing expertise in highly regulated industries including financial and legal services. She has a depth of experience in developing revenue-generating marketing strategies, website content creation, digital marketing including SEO/SEM, social media engagement, communications and public relations.
Jaime earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and her Master of Business Administration degree with a marketing major from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She is an active community volunteer and serves as a reader for WFYI’s Indiana Reading and Information Service which provides audio recordings for blind and visually-impaired people. In her free time Jaime and her fiancé like to travel, golf and walk their two dogs.
Francene Lord
Francene Lord brings a wealth of experience in business development, client management, and government solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Government Solutions at Clinical Architecture, Francene drives strategic initiatives that leverage her extensive background in fostering growth and innovation. Prior to Clinical Architecture, Francene held pivotal positions including Vice President of Client Management at The Photonics Group, where she honed her skills in cultivating strong client relationships over a 26-year tenure. Francene also enhanced client experiences as Director of Sales and Business Development at MCC Label and as a Business Development Executive at Alcoa Closure Systems International Inc.
Francene’s educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering as well as a Graduate Certification in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving impactful business outcomes.
Laura Nixon, MBA
As Vice President of Interoperability Solutions at Clinical Architecture, Laura Nixon leads strategic initiatives to improve healthcare data quality, interoperability, and value-based insights. With deep expertise in HIEs, CIEs, and interoperability frameworks, she has successfully led large-scale implementations, including data integration, consent management, and scalable interoperability strategies.
Before joining Clinical Architecture, Laura played a pivotal role in shaping complex interoperability initiatives, working across health systems, health information exchange, community information exchanges, and technology vendors to drive impactful, standards-based solutions. At Clinical Architecture, she focuses on advancing HIE, CIE, and interoperability-driven initiatives that support value-based care and drive meaningful improvements in healthcare data quality and exchange.
Laura holds an MBA from Purdue Global and is a Six Sigma Black Belt, bringing a structured, data-driven approach to business development, regulatory compliance, and healthcare data strategy. A recognized thought leader, she actively contributes to industry discussions on interoperability, data usability, and healthcare transformation.
Mark Hernandez
Mark Hernandez is a seasoned Information Technology professional with 20 years of experience, specializing in Cyber Security within the Healthcare sector for a decade. He holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security and Information Assurance and is certified in ISACA CISA, CISM, CDPSE, as well as CompTIA PenTest+ and CySA+. Mark has successfully implemented robust security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HITRUST across various organizations. He is also knowledgeable in HIPAA, and FedRAMP, enhancing the protection of sensitive data.
Rob King
Rob has over 25 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting software; the majority of this time spent in healthcare IT. He began his career at the Indiana University School of Medicine, where he designed and developed research software applications in conjunction with the VA hospital and Regenstreif Institute. While at First DataBank he worked in the capacities of product design, interoperability, and implementation engineering support for the FDB Asia-Pacific client base. In his current role as Director of Implementation Architecture, he is responsible for both client-facing and internal support teams at Clinical Architecture.
Fernando Magaña
Fernando Magaña has worked in the healthcare industry since 2011 supporting caregivers and providers with the use of their electronic health record systems. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from University of California Santa Barbara, he earned his Healthcare Information Technology certification from California State University in Fullerton. During his tenure at Providence, Fernando held a variety of clinical informatics leadership roles where he managed enterprise-wide projects and collaborated with key stakeholders to improve the adoption, quality, and experience of their electronic medical record documentation for hospitals across the country.
Dave Myers
David Myers is an experienced software architect and developer with 28+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting innovative software solutions. For the past 24 years, he has specialized in healthcare applications, contributing significantly to the advancement of technology in the healthcare sector. Over the last 13 years, Dave has focused on the development of Clinical Architecture’s Symedical application, where his expertise in both software engineering, API development and healthcare systems has played a crucial role in enhancing the platform’s functionality and usability. Before joining Clinical Architecture, Dave worked at First Databank, where he played a key role in the development and maintenance of the Drug Information Framework—an API delivering integrated drug information and clinical decision support.
Scott Teeple
Scott Teeple brings 25+ years of IT leadership to Clinical Architecture, specializing in enterprise solutions, process improvement and professional services. His experience includes leading large-scale IT implementations and driving process improvements, notably at Ascension where he led the internal creation of an Automation COE and was a founding member that commercialized that COE, growing it to over $10M in revenues. Scott excels in aligning IT strategies with business goals. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Ball State University and is passionate about mentoring and exploring emerging technologies.
Sarah Brumley, MHA
Sarah Brumley has over a decade of healthcare IT sales, account management and data analytics experience. She received her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and began her career at the Indiana Health Information Exchange (IHIE) in business development – bringing disparate data sources together to contribute to the statewide repository. Most recently, Sarah was a Program Director at Healogics, the nation’s leading provider of advanced wound care, focusing on the strategic growth, revenue and cost management and community education for a local Wound Center.
Bonnie Bruner, MSN, RN-BC
Bonnie Bruner has 10 years of healthcare experience, beginning her career as a Registered Nurse and most recently leading population health efforts at Ascension Health. Bonnie has extensive experience integrating disparate data systems, normalizing data syntactically and semantically, and solving for problems like master data management and consolidated quality measure reporting. She lives in Nashville, Tennessee where she is an active member of the Tennessee Chapter of HIMSS and serves on the TN HIMSS Ambassador board.
Erika Ganley
Erika has over 15 years of experience in operational leadership, strategic planning, and clinical content development. Since joining Clinical Architecture in 2018, she has held various roles related to developing and enhancing the company’s proprietary clinical content. Before her tenure at Clinical Architecture, Erika led dynamic teams at Wolters Kluwer Health, where she managed complex global initiatives and spearheaded clinical content development projects. Her career is marked by a fervent commitment to enhancing healthcare quality through innovative health IT solutions. Erika excels in fostering collaboration between technical and clinical teams, consistently delivering meaningful value to customers and driving positive outcomes.
Tracy Johnson
Tracy Johnson has a diverse background with 10 years of client success experience, specializing in electronic medical record platform training and migration. Her career includes training new ambulatory employees on legacy EMRs, co-leading training for the implementation of Epic Ambulatory, and serving as a Senior Client Success Manager for a SaaS company working with public libraries, focusing on onboarding, technical support, relationship building, and renewal services.
Wayne King
Wayne King has over 20 years of healthcare experience in revenue cycle management, referral management and healthcare data quality. Most recently, Wayne was the Director of Product Management for a data quality curation platform. His career has been focused on customer success by delivering quality products, managing successful implementations and driving the adoption of healthcare information technology. Wayne’s experience includes connecting Hospitals with Payers and Ambulatory practices to help populate and curate data from disparate systems. Wayne strives to help his clients produce and manage data that supports administrative and clinical workflows within their organizations.
Will Lloyd, MSHA, MSHI
Will Lloyd brings over 15 years of expertise in the healthcare industry. He launched his career in pharmacy supply chain management at Baylor St. Luke’s in Houston, Texas, before transitioning to clinical data analytics at the national office of Catholic Health Initiatives in Denver, Colorado. Most recently, Will served in a leadership capacity at CommonSpirit Health, where he specialized in clinical data governance and analytics. His extensive experience includes developing data governance frameworks to enhance quality, safety, and patient experience reporting.
Justin Wesley
Justin Wesley has over 8 years of experience in Healthcare IT. He began his career teaching Epic to inpatient doctors and surgeons. He transitioned to an informatics role providing advanced Epic efficiency training and elbow support to clinical staff in an ambulatory setting and worked with executive leadership to optimize clinical workflows. Most recently, Justin led support efforts as Manager of Site Support Application Analysts at Community Health Network. He currently holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and is Epic certified in Clinical Documentation.
