Carmel, Indiana (October 24, 2017) – Clinical Architecture, a leading global provider of healthcare IT solutions, today announced that it is joining CommonWell Health Alliance® — a not-for-profit trade association made up of diverse health IT stakeholders dedicated to creating universal access to health data via a person-centered, nationwide network.
CommonWell Health Alliance and its members are committed to the belief that access to health data must be built into information technologies at a reasonable cost for use by a broad range of health care providers and by individuals to best manage their health.
“We are excited to become a member of CommonWell Health Alliance, an association whose members share the vision that health data should be interoperable for the common good,” said Charlie Harp, Clinical Architecture Chief Executive Officer. “This week, Clinical Architecture will be attending the Member Fall Summit & Annual General Meeting in Foxborough, MA to continue both our organizations collective journey toward that vision. We believe that syntax and semantics are critical components of interoperability, and we are well-positioned to help advance existing and new initiatives.”
