Senior Implementation Engineer

Summary:

The Senior Implementation Engineer will oversee the technical implementation of Clinical Architecture software from contract to go-live. The Senior Implementation Engineer will work with our Client Success team to serve as valuable resource throughout the lifespan of the client relationship. The person in this role will work directly with clients, as well as coordinate and direct a small team of implementation engineers and keep a detailed overview of the state of the Implementation team for all Clinical Architecture clients. The Senior Implementation Engineer will work closely with the other Clinical Architecture departments to coordinate product release and upgrades.

This position is on-site at our Carmel, Indiana Headquarters.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client implementations both directly, as well as through assignment of Implementation Engineering resources to clients
  • Create and manage documentation on implementation status, architecture, and use cases as it applies to the technical side of client support
  • Coordinate the activities of Implementation Engineers
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with software deployment and the environment hosting it
  • Provide implementation guidance to customers in support of Clinical Architecture APIs
  • Provide a positive customer experience by providing great service and engaging with customers throughout the business relationship

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical implementation support experience is required
  • College or University degree preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years overall technology background
  • Programming experience required, (C#, Java, Python, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of relational databases and some proficiency in SQL required
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server required
  • Experience with Windows Server required
  • Some familiarity with cloud hosting required
  • Good communication is essential both verbally and in email
  • Self-starter that can work independently but also enjoys a team atmosphere
