Summary

Clinical Architecture is seeking a professional and experienced People Ops Administrator who will be responsible for the HR related functions of the organization and handle them with the utmost confidentiality. This individual will be responsible for the maintenance of personnel data, recruiting/onboarding, Benefits administration, and other HR related tasks. This position provides backup and administrative support to the Admin Team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee experience – recruiting, onboarding, integration, exit
  • Organize, update, and maintain personnel records within ADP and internal databases
  • Assist with revising company policies
  • Create reports on HR metrics – turnover, retention, market adjustments
  • Partner with Team Services on wellness initiatives
  • Responsible for remaining informed on applicable benefits, compensation, and HR related regulatory developments
  • Benefits Administration
    • Partner and point of contact for benefit broker
    • Perform new hire benefits orientation
    • Respond to benefits inquiries
    • Coordinate annual open enrollment
    • Support benefits compliance
    • Manage COBRA and 401k process
  • Assist Admin Team with ad hoc tasks

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR and/or benefits administration
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality
  • Hands on experience with ADP
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Be flexible and adapt to change
  • Spirited individual who is energetic, joyful, and outgoing
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
