People Operations Director

Summary:

Clinical Architecture is seeking a professional and experienced People Operations Director who will be responsible for the HR related functions of the organization and handle them with the utmost confidentiality. This individual will be responsible for recruiting/onboarding, benefits administration, maintenance of personnel data, company events, and other HR related tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead People Ops to drive, transform and evolve capabilities and processes; manage the employee life cycle from recruiting, onboarding, and integration
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Partner and point of contact for benefit broker
    • Perform new hire benefits orientation
    • Respond to benefits inquiries
    • Coordinate annual open enrollment
    • Support benefits compliance
    • Manage COBRA and 401k process
  • Remain informed on applicable benefits, compensation, and HR related regulatory developments and compliance
  • Responsible for data integrity and maintenance of appropriate HR IT systems and processes
  • Assist with revising company policies
  • Create reports on HR metrics – turnover, retention, market adjustments
  • Manages Team Member events and initiatives
  • Will have direct reports

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in HR, benefits administration, or recruiting
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality
  • Hands on experience with ADP and talent management systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Be flexible and adapt to change
  • Spirited individual who is energetic, joyful, and outgoing
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment
